Sorry for the delayed reply.
Yeah, the ragi sprouts stick to each other. I also sundry it and then get it ground. You don't need to sieve or filter it. Just let it boil with water till you get the consistency you want for your baby. You could add carrots and tomatoes if you want for taste.
My daughter is 5 and a half months old now.
