Due Date Club December 2006:update

Name: blessed_mom Hello friends,

my doctor just checked my weight, BP and heart beat of the baby and said everything is normal. It was just a 10mins visit. I didn't had any ultrasound this time. She said she'll do one in 20th week. So I have to wait for 7 more weeks to see my baby. This is my update. My next appointment is again after a month. Eager to hear updates from you gals as well:-)

Hi blessed_mom,

gud to hear bt ur update n that everythings normal at ur end. Infact my last doc visit was of 10 min,whn he chkd my BP,weight n all, u know wht,am putting on an extra kg every mnth, coz i used to eat a lot in my first trimester,now it has reduced, i dnt getup now for midnight snacking.

hi!!
i had the same exp as blessed mom. i was kind of disappointed at not being able to see my babies. my wt. too hasnt increased but doc said its ok if the babies are growing. in ur case P, it seems that ur tummy is growing so the baby should be growing too. doc said after 20 weeks, i should gain a pound or two every week. i replied to ur msg to me on my board but it seems u havent been able to read it.

i feel like i am not putting any weight and i am going to complete 15 weeks ...

Dear blessed_mom,

Good to know that things are fine at ur end. Even I had my doc appointment. It lasted only for 10min, something similar to yours. But I have lost some weight. Now my nausea has subsided hopefully I will eat well from now on and add on some pounds by my next doc appointment that is after a month.

hey! im sorry i didnt see ur msg before. wish u luck. ive read that weight loss during the early months doesnt matter and happens frequently if u r having a hard time eating.
