awww, u poor thing! I know wot u feel.. I am not working.. and still some days i am soo tired.. I asked my doctor this time about being tired in the 2nd trimester.. and she said tht she'll check for anemia on the next visit. May b u can ask ur doctor to check tht for u. And Just listen to ur body.. if you are tired.. take time off.. (though it must b hard taking days off when u are working) When is your maternity leave starting?
Sending u lots of love, positive vibes and bursts of energy!
Love
Sonal
