hi,riya G pls help me.i want to ask that i m frm india and now summer season went n winter cames.
i use cucmbern lemon juice on face frm marks also i use sandalwood wth rosewater for fairness.can i continues this technique in winter season also?
i have oily skin,wt hapeens to oily skin in winter season as it is very oily durion summer season?

hi madhu,

there is no harm in continuing to do so in winter. but the duration of keeping the application on should be shortened. avoid rose water pads on eyes during winter. other than that, no problem. during winter, you may not shed as much oil as during the summer. your skin can likely become dry if you use lemon and honey mixture during winter for your face. in winter you will have only the essential oils. so if you continue the lemon-honey process in winter you will be removing the essential oils and make your face dry. in case your face dries up during winter, then apply moisturizer rather than a cold cream. if it is very dry then apply 'malai'/ 'yedu' / 'milk cream' mixed with turmeric on your face. leave it for 2 minutes (not more) and then rinse off with warm water. you can also cleanse your face with boiled milk to rstore the essential fat during winter, if it goes dry.
