Hi,
I have a shoudler hair cut but my hair is all frizzy & rough,i want it straight & shiny which product is best so that it will not harm my hairs.I live in usa...whenever i saw hindi films i wish i also have a shiny & straight hair .how in films heroine has such a beautiful hairs like ashwariya rai,sushmita sen.is these heroines hair does not fall ...my hair is also fall so much & new come so that it look frizzy.
any one help me pls vijay replied. dont worry sister plz follow my advice



Hai you have no problem by ur hair

For Density:-
1.Add Castor oil with coconut oil(100+100ml).apply with gentle mage.

2.Take White yoke from Egg.Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur hair.

3.Curd is a moisturieser. Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur hair.

For Dandruff:-

1.Squeeze lemon and take lemon juice. Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur
hair.

2.Take White Vinegar 50ml. Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur hair.


For Lice:-
1.Spread Tulsi leaves on ur pillow before go to bed.keep head on Tulsi
leaves.

For YoungGreyHair:-

1. Add Castor oil with coconut oil(100+100ml).apply with gentle mage.

2. Eat iron content food or syrup.

To do this:-
1.Apply Natural Henna by paste format.leave 30min before wash ur hair.

2.Fold ur hair end with hair band. Dont use pins and clips for folding.

3.Eat atleast one egg or protein content food daily.

Dont do this:-

1.Dont dry ur hair by hair dryer oftenly.

2.Dont Brush ur hair with moisture.

3.Dont cut ur hair oftenly or improperly.

Because Straight cut makes Density, V cut makes long, Oval makes normal level



General Advice:-

Maintain long hair. Because the body will take protein from hair at the time of
Sick or illness. because the hair contains protein in the form of karotine.this
is the reason for mothers hair falling after birth of child. So plz maintain atleast
Hair length between Shoulder length to Waist length(50-60cm

First I want to put your mind at rest in knowing that most those beauties pay a heavy fine to have that hair... It's there livelihood...a money maker!!!

If your hair is falling, examine your lifestyle. Are you under heavy stress (who isn't these days)? Been ill? Had surgery? Preganant? Had a Baby? Hormone imblance (consider your age)? What is diet like? Getting enough protein and calcium? and finally have you switched your shampoo/conditioner before fall-out began??? There are many reason why this happens. It happened to me. It started when I changed my shampoo & conditioner.

Few years later I became ill and
for medical reasons, started taking soy protein shakes. About 10 days later I noticed my hair was much much more smoother and silkier. It felt wonderful but I started to loose my curls and that wasn't as easy as I had thought. Six month later I stopped the shakes and my hair hasn't gotten all it's curls back but it is still very smooth and soft to the touch. You can buy the soy protein in all health food stores & the more expensive ones come in different flavors too. When using unflavored soy, I just add frozen fruit with fresh pineapple and apple juice. Mix it in blender with ice. 8 oz every day does the trick.

For frizziness, you really need to go to a whole sale beauty salon. I think \";Price Less\"; might carry one of the gels I've used. Mind you they cost a little more but they last. \";Sebastian Laminate\"; is one of my favorites. You need very, very little in the moist palm of your hand--rub it in your palms and scrunch it gently. Sebastian can be a little grease the second day, if you don't wash your hair daily. Then use \";ISO bouncy creme\"; sold only at certain beauty stores. \";Sally\"; does not carry it. I have to use \";ISO shampoo & conditioner\"; due to my sensitive skin. My back break out and I itch all day/night. It's the only product I found that works (Yes!!! I also figured out what laundry detergents and softner I'm sensitive to). There might be other product out there which might work for you. The best thing to do is to go to a salon and talk to someone at the desk or the owner, not a sales rep., though I've found one who is extremely honest and would not recommend her products to me. By the way, I use \";ISO\"; original not the new colored versions.

I believe that stress, pregnancy, and hormone level are the major culprit of hair loss, not counting heredit and major illness like cancer, medical hysterectomy, etc...

I just remembered reading somewhere that applying mayo to your hair before shower(15 min) smoothes hair also...It's cheaper too. A generic gallon of mayo in under $5.00. I have to buy my produce in bulk to save...still very expensive...Hope all this help you, Tina...

And remember, those beauties pay a fortune to keep there hair that way. Some of them even get a straight perm @ the cost of $500 for starters and lasts anywhere from 8 months to a year. A huge price to pay for us. goose replied. hi tina

there are many simple solutions to prevent hair fall. First of all give hot oil massage(coconut or gingely oil) every week..twice if possible.After an hour shampoo your hair.Hair conditioning is a must, so use the conditioner after shampooing.This conditioner helps your hair for looking shiny and also silky.(I use herbal essence and herbal essence cond..i works good)

To stop the hairfall every 2 week once u should do this following.
1) soak 1 spoonful fenugreek seeds before bed.
2)Grind the seeds with white position of egg,1 spoon basen flour. Apply in your hair.Let it stand for 30 to 45mins and shampoo immediately.
