I really need your help!!! i need to how to lighten my skin, iam in toronto(canada). Please tell me what i can do to improve my image. Iam really desperate for your help.

I have use apricot face scrub before, i have heard and read that this product is harsh on your face, i consulted a dermotologist last year, he agreed. so now iam using aveeno scrub. please help

dear julie, there is no harm in using an apricot face scrub. only dont try the one made out of elder flowers. and should not scrub on dry face and should not scrub too hard.

hi julie,

no matter where you are, dear, natural products are just available everywhere. if you dont know where you can buy the stuff i tell you, i can suggest stores where you can find them. i am that natural treatment type, who does not really believe in chemicals unless it can be trusted. so all i can offer you are these:

1) lemon and honey pack every morning and night. no exposure to sun when this pack is on. 1/2 hour and then rinse it off with warm water.

2) gram flour (which you can grind at home if you dont find it in the store), honey, lemon, oatmeal, turmeric powder, fresh rose petals crushed/ rose water, a mashed apricot, walnut powder, juice of cucumber and powdered fenugreek. mix it to a paste. apply every alternative day in the morning after scrubbing your face with apricot face scrub, followed by the lemon-honey pack, rinse off with warm water.

3) drink 250 ml of tomato juice everyday. tomato is good for the blood as well as the skin. raspberry juice is good as well.

best results are sure. welcome for more, dear.

Iam really amazed with your response, i never thought i would resive a response so fast. Thank You!!! If you dont mind can you kindley tell me where i can purchase honey(which brand),rose water, gram flour,oatmeal,walnut powder and fenugreek?? how do you make cucumber juice and how do i crush rose pedals?? these questions might sound silly or dump but i really need to know where to find them and how to make them.
