hi all
i am new on this board and need your help....i need to know how to loose weight after having a baby...i had a c section on 22feb....i weighed 119 pounds when i conceived and at the time of delivery i weighed 160.5 pounds and now after 2 weeks of delivery i weigh 147 pounds....i want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight and need your help....please help me...

Well these are all tips are given to me by Dr Hashmi\" which really helped me docror advice Start to eat healthy food and also do some exercise regularly.I have also the same problem like you.Don' t worry u still have the time to start slim excel capsule capsules.Start to eat healthy food and also do some exercise regularly.

Manisha Please do see a good dietician/nutritionist in your town. Someone who will see you weekly and monitor a healthy weight loss keeping in mind your recent pregnancy and the breastfeeding. Breastfeeding helps the uterus to come back to almost its original size. But you cannot depend only on that. Also many women are given ghee-laden laddoos to eat and ecouraged to drink a lot of high fat milk after delivery, all this adds to weight gain, not to better or more milk. And drink lots of water, 2-3 liters daily.

I had my delivery 2 months back. I was 178lbs when I delivered my baby. I am 5 feet 5 inches. After delivery, I have not lost a single pound. I weigh 182lbs now. Can anyone tell me how to reduce weight sooner? I am going on a treadmill daily for 20mts but taking a lot of sweets and do not have much sleep also

Hi Manisha, I had a normal delivary three months ago and managed to lose 12 kilos so far. I think weight loss depends on the persons nature of the body basically. Swimming is the best way to lose weight. Also you can do breathing exercises as you feed the baby. Once the uterus shrinks to its normal size, weight loss will be easy.
