First thank you so much for your kind response. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate it.
I will definitely give nutmeg a try. However; I have a couple more questions which I hope you won't mind answering. Thanks in advance for your time.
1. What kind of stone do you use to make the paste of nutmeg. Can I buy the stone at India Sweets & Spices?
2. To make the smooth paste, do you use water to rub the nutmeg on a stone? Do I need to add almond oil or apply nutmeg paste by itself? If I need to add almond oil, how much?
3. I have very dark circles all around my eyes. Is it OK to use the paste on the eyelid? Do you also use the paste for your face?

and i have no words to express how touched i am when you all appreciate me. sometimes my eyes well up when i feel realize i have made someone happy enough to be appreciated.

anami, pebbles are the best stones you can rub on. you get course pebbles. india sweets and spices must have such ones. or you may also use sea rocks. they are also sold. atleast they are sold in indian spice shops, i am not sure of india sweets and spices. you may give it a try. or any stone that is coarse but CLEAN. yeah, a drop or two of water must make a good smooth paste out of the nutmeg. ou can apply it on your eye lids as well, it wont harm, because its absolutely herbal and it wont leave any side effects. once the paste is ready, a drop of almond oil must do. you can either add almond oil or you may no, its not a compulsion, though, almond oil will enrich the affected skin. you can also make a paste of almond along with the nutmeg if you want to skip almond oil. both are the same.
