how do u clean infants tongue? my baby is about 5 months old now and i don't want any bacteria or germs to deposit on his tongue. i asked the doctor and he mentioned that i could clean it with gauze, but didn't work.
anything else ............

Hi there,
I have two kids one is 2 years 8 motnhs old and the second one is 8 months old. I usually clean their tongue with turmeric(since it is an antiseptic) and good for health. we can do this tongue clean from their birth.

Hi New Mom,
I have two children one aged 5 yrs and the other is just mths now. I used to clean their tongue with Venkhand(a Marathi word) powder which is available in India or if that is not available, u can also take a muslin cloth and dab some glycerine on it and clean the tongue with it.

Subject:  Washing tounge



You can use washcloath or you can buy the baby toothbrush that is very soft and you can wear in on your fingure. You can clean with that.

My son is one year old and he is not doing few things a one year should do !!
He does not point at things

9.5 months milestones
