congrats on joining the board. I had a look sometime back and found no one. I am also due in the first week of June..this is my second one..

Hope we'll all have a good time together. Feel free to ask any doubts that you have. These boards are wonderful. You can get so much good company over here.

congratulation!
i got my blood test done too, but yet to see the doc, im prob in 7 weeks now, how abt u ?
nausea is jsut setting in for me , nothing seems to be going down... and headaches too.... is that common?
this is my first time btw! so u guys gotta guide me thru!

Nausea and headache

Hi Nancy,

yeah about 7 weeks onwards nausea and headache pick up but you shud be fine from 12 weeks onwards. I know it is hard, but try to eat things like hard candy when nausea is quite bad. ALso get away from places or smells that cause it.

I have just moved into a new job and so most of the time the nausea takes a second place and I am able to get away. Try to distract yourselves from it. I have seen it works for me.

Also bland foods may be better than spicy ones. Drink plenty of water to ward headaches away.

i have also 10 months old baby boy he is around 11 kg n 31 inch. i give him yogurt with khichdi so u can also try. my baby likes yogurt with khichadi.
