what r skin lighting creams?give some names wch has no sideafeects?

hi tina,

a skin lightening cream is a cream that lightens the parts of skin that are darker than the rest of the body which is either caused due to natural processes in the body or by any external agent. this darkening of the skin parts in some areas is called hyperpigmentation which again can be one of these : melasma, age spots, freckles, postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. so depending on the type of problem one has, the right skin lightening cream can be chosen where more than the brand, composition of the product matters. that is to say that for each of the type, the compounds are different. but to suit all types of darkening, a herbal skin lightening cream that has aloe vera is the best. mercury based skin lightening creams are very bad for the health and they are banned as well. be it whatever, it is best not to expose the skin to sunlight when the skin lightening cream is applied. there must be vitamin c and e as one of the compounds including SPF 15. any skin lightening cream with just 4% hydroquinone is safe for the skin. but anything that contains hydroquinone should not be used when contemplating pregnancy or when pregnant or nursing.
