hi,i want to know that what is CLEANSING n what r methods to do cleansing? what is SCRUBBING n how to do this?what is TONING n how to do this? What is moisturizing n also how to do this?
WHAT R THE METHODS TO DO THIS N WHAT R THE AGENTS OR SUBSTANCES USED TO DO THIS ?IS IT SHUD BE DONE DAILY?

The health of the skin will directly contribute to the health of the entire person, and like wise the health of a person will determine the health of one's skin.

we cleanse, tone most of the time at the end of the day when our skin has undergone the stress of the hard hot polluted torture of the day. it freshens the skin and allows the skin to breathe at night. clean skin at night is clean and fresh skin all day and clean and fresh skin forever.

cleansing : cleaning of the skin. milk is the best cleanser. wash face clean with water and soap. apply milk on the face and neck, massage gently and wipe off with cotton. removes all dirt and grime from the skin. oily skin can get a little more oily with this milk cleanser. so it is best to apply honey and lemon pack immediately after application. leave it for 15 minutes and rinse off. cleansing milk is available in the market with most popular brands. they are all safe. but whatever be the product, choose the product that suits your skin type.

toner : Skin toning is the process of using specific products, to cleanse, strengthen, and tighten the skin. The results of toning are smaller, tighter pores, cleaner skin and firmer tighter skin. They freshen and tone up the skin and prepare it for application of make-up.They also restore the acid/alkali balance of the skin. there are several skin toners available in the market. they most of the time contain water and alcohol. many contain chemicals like glycerine, menthol, camphor, boric acid, rose water and alum. people having dry skin should not choose a toner that has alcohol. so most women prefer to buy the skin toning milk. wash your face clean with soap and water and apply toning milk generously on the face and neck and massage it gently and wipe off gently with pieces of cotton wool. they clean and freshen the skin. they also remove grime and oil. whatever products are available in the market, using a natural product right out of nature can't be equalled with any.

for normal skin rose water and alum mixture is a very good toner. cucumber juice and a curd mixture can also be a good toner for normal skin.

for dry skin boil mint leaves in water and take the extract and add alum in it and use it as toner.

for oily skin egg use white whisked till frothy and honey and lemon juice. leave for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.


scrubbin : exfoliating the skin. meaning removing dead skin. this must be done every alternative day. apricot face scrub is the best for all skin types. it is mild and very good. wash face with soap and water. on the wetness, apply the scrub and run the tip of your fingers first clockwise for 1 minute and then anti clockwise for 1 minute. rinse off. blackheads and whiteheads also will be removed. the face looks bright every time after scrubbin, because the dead skin has covered the glowing fresh skin inside.

cleansing and toning everyday will keep your face away from dirt and grime. so your face will be clean and bright. excess oil can be removed using an astingent. just rose water can also be used as a skin toner. scrubbing can be done every alternative day.
