hru.i m just wondering what good does the egg do to the hair.Is it also helpful in increasing the growth of hair besides giving it shine n nourishment.
2: whats the procedure of using aleo vera gel to the hair and whats its uses.
3: Do we need to heat castor oil before applying it as its really sticky.
as i told u in the ealier msg that i m loosing my hair badly.i m taking iron supplements also but wanna try some above methods too.i m residing in US...i m unable 2 get any tender coconut in my area.
So plz clear my doubts regarding my above queries.

ya really the egg mask is wothable for hair care
i have many years experience in haircare.so i can know the value of egg for hair care
so plz lkeep the tips
aloe vera gel just take by ur fingertips and apply like massage leave some minutes after that wash it
ya castor oil is really good for haircare but one and only the disadvantage is more sticky so u just apply weekly once when u r in ur home leave 2 hour after u can wash
vitamin B5 is more imporatant for haircare so if possible take this tablet.or take B complex within the B complex also B% is there
egg treatment is enough i thing so no need of tender coconut

Soha replied. Hi Meenu, I had the same problems with my hair few months back as I got really sick on my visit to India earlier this year. I started losing lots of hair.. LOTS MEANS LOTS. I did everything oil messages, egg & all the other ideas I get but no help. Then I went to the Nature Food & vitamin store and was recommended to take \";Superme Vital Hair\"; vitamins by \";LifetimeVitamins\";. It was around $30 but sure it helped a lot. I had them for a month and now I only lose 4-5 hair a day (not more) including brushing, shampooing, etc. I also use oil night b4 shampooing, I mix castor & almond oil and warm them little then it's not sticky at all. Also use Egg & Yogurt once a week. You can try find the vitamin from any health store in USA.. I am sure you will get it. It really helps...my personal experience. Thx
