ive got a curly hair and i believe just coz of dandruff ive got severe hair loss.could u pls suggest some method to remove dandruff and for hair loss also?

ya just take 50gm fenugreek soak in the water from night to morning.morning just grind it like a paste.apply that paste in ur scalp leave one hour after u can wash
or
take white vinegar 50ml apply in ur scalp with little massage leave after u can wash

plz apply the oil atleast 3 days once dont use chemical based shampoo
reduce ur body heat by water i mean drink water more water
