Hi, i went to picnic one week before to water park i spend over 4 to 5 hours in the sun without any cream and sunscreen. when i was back on my room behind the mirror so i saw my neck to my face my skin complexion changed from fair to dark my friend said that it will return to the original color in 4 to 5 days but today is the 8th day and my skin complexion is still same so please help me whats is this and what can i do help me urgently otherwise i will consult to dermatologist specialists.

sun tan occurs when the skin is tortured by the heat from he sun accelerated by the heat the body produces. so always keep your body as cool as possible when you are out in the sun. drink as much as cold liquids as possible. pamper yourself with cold stuff every 1 hour. your skin is probably very sensitive and prone to sun tan. it is true that sun tan generally disappears in a few days. but if it does not, there is nothing to worry. you only need to put in a little effort. drink a lot of water, first. water water water and a lot of water. use a sun block that suits your skin every time you step out into the sun. sun blocks dont stay for more than 3 hours. so u must wash your face, neck and hands and all parts exposed to sun with a mild soap and apply sunblock cream/ lotion and dab the skin with powder, preferably a sun block powder. if you dont do this, nothing can stop your sun tan. so always carry a bag big enough to fit a bottle of water enough for drinking and washing (if there is no water available in the place where you go). water is very essential. the more water you drink, the more you will sweat and the more you will keep yourself safe from sun burns.then carry a mild soap, sun sreen lotion/ cream, powder, cologne tissues, clean turkey napkin. wear sun glasses always. skin under your eyes are the first that will tan. even if you are a man, you must carry a bag containing all these things even if you are travelling a short distance. if you are really concerned about your skin doing these are very necessary.

treat all the affected parts of your skin with the following:

every morning apply honey and lemon mixture on your face before sunrise and allow it to stay for 10 - 15 minutes. you may have a slight burning sensation. but that is good. then rinse off.

your skin needs lightening and cooling. first cool your face. dab rose water (dabur gulabari) every time you wash your face. when you go out in the sun and come back, wash your face with cold water and dab with rose water. it will give you a relaxed feeling. now your skin is ready for treatment. wet your skin with water (after 5 minutes of dabbing rose water), apply apricot scrub generously on your face. use your fingertips to rub your skin gently clockwise for 2 minutes and anti-clockwise for 2 minutes covering every part of your face and neck. rinse off. pat dry. now mix besan (kadala maavu) oatmeal, honey, lemon juice, fenugreek powder, a little sugar, and apricot paste( if there is. if you dont have, no problem. you can also put a little apriot scrub into it). make a paste out of it and apply it on the face and let it stay for a complete 40 minutes. then rinse off. wipe gently with a clean turkey towel. keep 2 squares of cotton wool wet with rose water and keep it on both your eyes and relax by lying down for 20 minutes. repeat this everyday for 2 weeks. results are sure. but you need patience. please be positive and please dont look for immediate results. hope and look forward for good results. i wish you all the best. any doubts? welcome for more.
