Name: Vani
Hi friends,
Rishi completed six months just a few minutes ago. Looking back, I am for sure missing that tiny soft face and all the smiles and cries in sleep.
Like many of you, I cannot believe that I am a mom for six months!!! I have gone through so much emotionally and now so many incidents seems to be silly but then it was very heartbreaking. Like his SCFN. Even now sometimes when I massage him before his bath I go through my hands everywhere to make sure there are no lumps.
I should definitely say Rishi is getting better now and he feeds ok with my MIL. He was giving a hard time to my mother only. He is also very active, tries a lot to crawl with his knees bent but doesn't know to balance with hands, instead does it with his head :) and moves very fast.
He loves his rubber toys especially because he can chew them and when I put him in the pram and he is bored, he turns in the pram and lifts his head and chews all the rods in it!!! He loves it when I make kissing sound and squeals when I play peek-a-boo.
I am giving him my feed twice in the morning - one at 5AM and one at 8.30ish and he has a nap then. He has wheat kanji by 11 after a bath and then I feed him again during lunch (at1.30-2). He has ragi kanji again at 5 and some mosambi juice in-between(Paddoo, my MIL is against me giving him apple juice:((() I feed him again at 8 and he dozez off by 10.30... I feed him again then, or he gets up at 2.30 for a feed. This schedule is ok with me, he atleast doesn't wake up every hour!!!
If he screams I don't pick him up, I do that only if it changes to a cry. This is because he thinks screaming on top of his voice is a game and keeps playing it all the time he is awake.
Will take pictures and post soon. He is my life now... even Shyam has taken the second place:)
Kisses to all cuties. And hugs and kisses to all of you... thanks for all the support and love.
Love,
Vani
