hi vijay,
i had long hairs till knees. but they werw less from the ends. i went to the parlour for trimming and the lady told me that she will cut only 2inches but she cut more. now my hairs are till the backbone i mean where the hips start. till that. i am very sad. i want to grow my hairs. their growth is normal. please give me a useful and the best remedy without any s/e or disappointment. i eat veggies very less. i eat more chicken and mutton. i eat junk foods a lot. no cold drinks. only juices. that was my diet info. for your help to easily tell me. my hairs are silky soft shiny. thanku sir. reply me soon pls. thank you.

I dont know where are you from, But i heard that haircut or triming will improve the hairgrowth. The hairs if not cut will have lot of split ends so if you cut it will grow back nicely. So dont worry about the cut you will get good hairs back as haircut is very essential for hair growth. Because i too have long hairs and used to cut it every month and i do it for my sister too who has till her knees now too.

daily take atleast one egg in take
drink more tender coconut

take white part from egg and apply in ur scalp with massage and leave one hour after u can wash
plz follow that two to three tips are enough to u
pl try to get hair cut at home or goto good parlour
how long u lost exactly i thing nearly one feet(30cm)
