hi, I've permed my hair four times and now it's all brittle and lifeless. I don't want to go for a perm again...it'll only damage my hair more...I want a more natural look. what should I do to make my hair silky and smooth? the perm has EXTREMELY damaged my hair!!! help me, please. thank you.

Dear Jana
I know how you feel, I'v been through that also. I recomend using a gentle shampoo like Pantene Pro-v that stuff is good but you can also try these home remedies:
banana & honey:
squish banana and honey together(could also use olive oil), add to cleaned hair. Wrap with saran wrap and a towel over top you can wash after 10m.
Lavender rinse:
add 3 drops of essential lavender oil to one cup of water wash ur hair as usual then rinse hair with mixtur DO NOT RINSE MIXTURE!
