i have a big problem,icant sleep prperly . i usually sleep around 2am.what shud i do to have a good nite sleep????this is also affecting my eyes...i have developed dark circles.plzz help. tell any excercise orany home remedy

dear ms,

there are several reasons why a person is not able to sleep. do you have any tensions or are you thinking about something or is something bothering you? if your answer is yes to any of these, then you must try to forget about that and give yourself a command to go to sleep. like mummy would say -just shut your eyes and some time later, u will automatically be engulfed by sleep. or if your answer is no to those questions, its your regular imagination and assumtion and assertion that you cant sleep. eitherways, you may also seek the help of a good medical practitioner and tell him of your insomnia.

meanwhile, eat a happy dinner and try eating a cup of ghee kesari or milk kheer (payasam with ghee and milk and semolina) or a cup of curd with sugar or a glass of hot milk with sugar before you go to sleep. all these things make you feel drowsy and makes you want to go to sleep.
