Hello All,
How are you guys doing? So we are almost or mostly done with the first trimester. YAy!!! How are you all feeling? I could hear my baby's heartbeat day before thru the doppler. It felt good. But the only thing doc was not happy about was i am loosing weight. Not sure why. I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. I do have nausea but no vomitting. How are you and the little ones doing? Do write about your updates.

Hi Sumana,
I am new here. My EDD is May 3. I have not heard the heartbeat yet, but my next apt is Nov 17 so hope to do that done.

I lost some weight in the beginning too, but now I am gaining more. Eating about 6 small meals a day really helps.

As for me, not having any nausea or vomiting...but having problems sleeping at night. I read that you must sleep on the right or left side, but not flat. As a result I have back aches in the tailbone and closed ears!
I have completed all the blood tests except for AFP screening which will also happen in about 2 weeks. Rest all is ok so far, hope you feel that way too!

That is nice to hear from you. Ya you do need to sleep on the sides and not on your back. Not only the back pain results from this but also the blood circulation to foetus is helped by sleeping on the sides. Hope this helps.
Take care
Sumana

Hi Palak,
Eating both fruits is good for health but you have to be very cautious because banana would put you to gain weight. So better think about that and then there will be no chance of loss of weight.... - Neha [View Message]
