Hi all
i am on the 13th week of pregnancy. i am experienceing this horrible sour taste in my mouth after each meal. i do not know how to avoid this. i have tried using mint but does no good. Anything sweet makes it worse even fruits.
Does anyone know how to overcome this feeling. how long will this last? sometimes if i take manikchand mixed sounf makes me feel ok but does not last long.

1.Try taking dry alu bhukara. It helped me.
2.As soon as you wake up in the morning , brush your teeth and try to vomit by keeping your finger into your throat. I am 100% sure if you try harder you will vomit a green color watery substence ( I could get how to do that only after trying for 2 to 3 days) then you will feel good throughout the day with your morning sickness and bad taste.

I am also experiencing the same. I can't describe the taste but its horrible. It stays there day long. I tried taking elaichi, but as u said after sometime the taste is back. I am inot my 15th week, so don't know how long will it last!!I keep having a mouth wash may be 3-4 times in a day to avoid that taste.Clean my tounge..but thats only for few mints..Hoping that it will also fade away with time.
Hope we get some remedy for this from someone..
