Hello everyone...

Finally here I am...first of all thanks for all the birthday wishes. Yash turned 1 yesterday :-). Had a small party at home. From morning I am like...Yash you are alredy one year old !!!!!!!

Cannot belive it has been a year already. I have always heard parents say that but never realised it would be like this and me too will be the one saying it....from Oct 24th i am remembering each moment of last...this time i felt the water break..this time we were on the way to hospital...this time i got my epidural...this time we decided for c-section...and this time yash was born..............
i remember it like yesterday :-)
I know if must be the same for all of you.

Sorry for being absent from board for a while...but i took a look...board has been quiet a little. We have moved to a new apartment 2 bed...1-2 weeks went in packing and moving...then my husband pulled a muscle in all the moving and was bed rest(could not walk for 3-4 days) just after moving on 2nd day. Since he could not walk ...and unpacking and yash...it was really tough...i did not even work. As my hubby got better(still not fully recoverd) yash got sick for 2-3 days with temperature running 101...when we went to doc it turned out he got a viral throat infection. He was not eating welll....also he hurt his lip playing and drinking from sippy cup also...very tough days...
Yash is ok since last 2-3 days...and adjusted well to the party yesterday.We had nice memorable time.

Hope Yash and your hubby had completely recovered from their illness.. Neha also had a viral throat infection just 5 days before her birthday..Touchwood, now she is ok..

Nice snaps..and a good party. Yash looks so cute in the last snap..the one in which you have all 12 snaps...it looks great.I also liked the idea that you kept the older kids occupied with some craft work.

I am from jan 06 board. I have a daughter..name Ritika. Cant believe she is already 9mths old. Time just flies yaar.
