Read about some moms buying this for ur kids...wanted to know if it makes the baby stand, or make their feet rest on the ground even before the baby is ready...heard of walking problems realated to such toys...donno what ype this one is.

Thougth the intial days were hard, you did enjoy the last days of your trip right. Thats great yaar. even I am longing to go to a vacation, but I am too worried to do so woth my baby. Btw I dont know if you remmeber, I am a new member in this group. My sons name is Prateek. He is now 61/2 months old.

Reg. walkers as Sush said they are trying to ban them. American Academy of Pediatrics do not favour in using them for babies. If you havent bought one dont try to buy one. Love to Rishu yaar.

Hi Tweetie
The net is full of anti walkers & saucers info..& also my PT friends (physio therapists) do not advise it..if you have bought it,don't fret just don't use it for more than say 20 mins..apparently the back muscles & buttocks ka muscles do not strenthen appropriately..there are other type of walkers which are more for walking babies which they can push & walk which are more reccomended..
Canada & some European ctrs have infact banned walkers & USA is waiting for the ban to be released...
so I guess its a no-no..

hi all

why all of u r so silent. i know everyone are busy with kids/jobs etc. but still try to rebember this ip site and we all will be in touch sharing the milestones of our kids.
