Hello. I been having these little red spots all over my legs and arms, it's like some kind of acne cos when i pressure some of them some kind of white substance comes out of them... so i was wondering if anyone could help me to eliminate them, or if anyone has heard of a similar case? They look awful, i dont want to show my legs or arms for any reason!

Please help! thanks in advance.
