Hi all ,

Hope you alla nd kids are doing great . I have some questions for you all :

1) Has anyone of you started potty training the baby.If yes, was it a lot of challenge and do we still make them wear diapers etc.
2) Do you brush baby;s teeth with a brush. I heard we should be doing it as they can get cavaties due to the milk and juice etc they drink. I havent brushed his teeth yet..he doesnt allow me to..I brought him a brush stage 1 but he puts only the handle in his mouth.But he loves watching us brush..:)
3)I have stopped formula since his birthday and give him cows milk now. I have got no problems . Do we have to boil the milk or just heat it up ?
4) Are any of you still breast feeding . Adi has all solids but he still needs breast milk to sleep and when he wakes in night. I want to wean him asap ..but its a challenge again.
5) I am also running out of ideas for breakfast..any recipes to share ???

Disha. Greeshma replied. I started potty training for Neha at 8 months..Its kind of going ok.. SOmedays she is kind of not interested in sitting on it.. Otherwise quite ok...

I also tried brushing her teeth with the brush, and she keeps on chewing the bristles.. So, now I just brush her teeth with my fingers...

Regarding BF, I too feed Neha in the night when she wakes up.. I am thinking of weaning completely, but donno how:-(

Breakfast, I give Neha cereals, idly/dosa+chutney, Bread + Egg/Cheese, Chappathi( she loves it), ( there are not much variety:-(..)

Well i started potty training when my lil was 4 months old...and now i make her to have potty in the morning to make her routine.
now she is aware of evrything so she doesnt want to sit on seat so i kept some toys thr and a drawing board on the adjacent wall with crayons so i try to keep her busy in the mean time to make her sit thr...i use that fix in seat in the adult seat.

reagrding brush i myself have problem..so i just clean her mouth n teeth with my finger.

Its too early to start potty training now.They shd be able to communicate.I started my Son when he turned 2 imagine how fast he learned just 2 weeks.
some of my friends started at 15 months they cld not do it stopped and again tried after 2 yrs . so dont be hurry.
u hv to brush his teeth now onwards.u get finger brush ,gently massge with it with baby paste.
u can give d milk no need to boil if hes digesting wwell. i used to keep in microwave for a min and used to give my one yr old.
breakfast ideas idly noodles breadjam reg cereals banana and milk donuts .
