friends,
I am very sad about my hair .after my delivery my hair started falling now my son is 1.8yrs old but still i am experiencing the hair falling.the condition is very pathetic.i can see some small hairs growing but growing hair is also falling than twice the speed of growing.what should i do?is there any vitamin tablets for the growth of hair .i want a fast remedy .any help will be appreciated.thanks in advance.

Hi Cicin,
It's normal to loose hair after baby. May be your body is not yet fully regularized with hormones and that's the problem.

Progesteron if shoots up can cause this difficulty. Use contraceptives.

Condition hair usually and follow what SK suggest.

Have diet rich in vitamins and fibres...include green vegetables, fruits and dairy product. Oil your hair regularly and use shampoo according to your hair (oily/dry)

If this does not help thn dont take it lightly and consult a dermatologist

Apply mehndi to hide your grey hair.
