Can you pls do me a favor ?
I was on OCP's back in India..specifically \";Loette\";.It suited me to a T.I need to confirm w/any gyne back in India if it is ok for me to restart it now.
I have totally stopped BF Tia since last 2 months.My gyne here has prescribed me OCP's too & so far they are ok,but I need this confirmation too.
My gyne back in Mumbai was Dr.Dulari Vohra,Hinduja.If any of you can get in touch w/her or any of your gyne's to confirm my query it will be greatly appreciated..

Have you started your menses?
If yes then you can use Loette safely.

If not then you should use something different.
There is a new OCP especially for lactating mothers (I know you are not doing BF, but still you are a new mother) called Xelogen. Its 28 tablets course to be taken regularly without usual gap of 1 week.
There is another one called Elogen, you can take that also.
One of the above 2 is for new moms who have started periods and other is for them who have not yet started, pls confirm checking the info on the pack...
But any one is quite fine for you is what I believe.

By the way why did you stop BF completely?? If you do not mind me saying this, isn't it too early? Any special reasons...

I have put multiload (copper T) when Radha was around 1.25 months young... It is effective for 3 yrs.
I plan to BF Radha till she is 1 year+ (ofcourse I feed her only before and after office hrs).
