hi,

soha ji mere face par kahi kahi holes thore se bare hai, un mein yeh hai ke redness hai aur woh ache nahin lagte hai abhi tu kam hai aur mujhe pata nahin hai ke yeh kyon horahe hai aur yeh kiya hai please meri help kar hosakta hai ke holes ka size sahi hu lekin redness kyon hai koi tareeka batahe mujhe aap.

aur ha ek aur problem hai

meri age hai 18 years aur mein male hu. mera right side ka chest jo hai woh thora sa phul gaya hai like girls breast aur ise takreeban 5 6 months hone wale hai aur is ke liye bhi batahe kiya karo.

ap chahtey they ke soha ji ap ko reply karein.magar merey paas ap ke liye kuch remedies hain.aap unko try karein.ap ki skin mein jo holes hain,unko pores kehtey hain.kia ap ki skin oily hai?agar hai,to yeh oily skin mein aik common problem hoti hai.ap tomato juice apply karein apney pores(holes)pe.aur agar ap ki skin oily hai,to multani mitti(fuller's eart)use karein jab tak ap ki oiliness khattam nahi hujati.uskey baad nahi use karni multani mitti q ke yeh skin ko dry karti hai aur dry skin bohot jaldi wrinkles aur burhapey ka shikaar hoti hai.tomato rozana rub karein.time lagey ga magar faiida bohot huga inshallah.ab ap ki chest ke barey mein.mujhe lagta hai ke ap over weight hain.kia ap motey hain?ya agar ap ka weight thora sa bhi normal se ziaada hai to yeh ap ki phooli hui chest ki wajah husakti hai.aksar jism mein jo fat hota hai woh aik area mein concentrate hujata hai aur mujhe lagta hai ke ap ki body mein jo fat hai woh ap ki chest mein concentrated hai.is liye ap rozaana exercise karein.ghee,cheeni,meetha waghaira sab kam kar dein.q ke aisa kabhi ho nahi sakta ke kisi larkey ki breasts hoon.hahaha.mujhe lagta hai ke ap oily cheezein bohot ziaada khaatey hain aur is ki wajah se aik to ap motey bhi hain aur uper se ap ki skin bhi oily hoti jaarahi hai.rozana 10 ya 8 glass pani piyeein.apna chehra saaf rakhein.aur exercise karein.40 minutes daily will be sufficient.or u may also consider visiting a nutritionist who will recommend some diet plans according to ur blood group and body structure.but dont skip ur daily dose of exercise.its also good for ur skin.and after exercise or sweating,wash ur face thoroughly with a mild soap and water.i prefer using dove soap as it does not dry out the skin and makes it soft and touchable.best of luck to u.ap reply zaroor karna.aur agar koi doubt hai to woh bhi clear kar lena.i'll pray for u.best of luck again and i wish u a happy,energetic,active and fat free life(hehehe).take care!
