Hi Shivs, congrats, we're on the same boat, I too have just completed 12 weeks. My doctor has given me a pre-natal exercise card. I'm sure your doc can give you one too. Please don't diet now... all my elders have been advising me to have just what I feel like, as long as it is hygenically prepared. But spices cause acidity... fruits help me, you can try to have more fruits. All the best and enjoy!

Hi shivs,

Firstly congrats! and secondly, dieting is not the ideal time to be dieting. yes, if you can, you must control WHAT you eat instead of HOW MUCH. try having more of non-fatty and oil free foods. Though please don't compromise on milk. Have plenty of fruits and fresh veggies, buttermilk, curds, rice (without butter/ ghee), whole meal pasta, wholemeal bread, please avoid junk foods and oily foods.

All the best and take care!
Regards,
Sunshine

Hi Palak,
Eating both fruits is good for health but you have to be very cautious because banana would put you to gain weight. So better think about that and then there will be no chance of loss of weight.... - Neha [View Message]
