hi
im 20 weeks pragnant my hight is 5.4,when i got pregnant i was 56KG now im 59 im worried im not gaining proper weight.what is the right way to gain weight month by month?

as my last ultrasound my baby is doing well but im not gaining much after reading your answear im feeling relax be in touch soon we will have good news from pranitha best of luck.

I think ur weight is ok. U should ask ur doctor in last 2 months u will gain more, total gain should be 9-10 kgs.i am 22 week pregnant my weight gain is 1/2kg but my baby is doing fine. So don't worry. All the best.
