hi thr,
im in my 9th week now and as most othr women am battling with nausea as well!!though it keeps coming and going but i have found out a couple of things that help me deal with it.here are they:
1.eat small frequent meals.i keep eating something every one-one and a half hour.some fruit, some juice, some indian snack or watever is available.larger meals make me feel full for a longer time, but they back fire with nausea!!
2.eat a banana.it often acts as an instant relief.
3.try eating some churan.it helps only till the time its after taste stays in the mouth, but then sometimes it comes handy, spcly if thrs nothing really readily available to eat.
4.have foods that do not cause acidity.
i have made quite a few alterations to my regular diet and it is helping me so far.wish u all the best.
