Every human tends to get attracted to something or the other. Some get obsessed with Nature, some with animals, some with people of opposite sex etc. Similarly some might have extreme liking for some parts in human body like hands, legs, sexual organs etc. When people think that getting attracted to hands or legs or sexual organs is acceptable and natural, then what is so different and wiered if someone gets attracted to hair. Whats wrong in it and why should it be reduced? The only case when it has to be reduced is when it is going beyond tollerence and creating inconvenience to other people. This happens when a person is so desperate to do something but doesnt get opportunity to do it. So the best way to reduce it is to provide him/her atleast one opportunity to do what he/she want to do so that their long awaited desire gets fulfilled and they are no longer so desperate as before. I think you got your answer. But I would like to know one thing. Why did you ask this question? if you would like to share.
