Hi Moms-who-have-started veggies...

Kich hates peas and beans and is jus OK with Squash.. I am yet to try sweet potato (i'm buying Gerber big jars).

Should i add some salt to the veggies? Do you?

They seem bland and i feel Kich doesnt like the taste... Hence the Q about adding salt.

Sush mentioned that she give one jar of each to Tia.. which jar the 115 ml one?

How do you all space the veggies/ fruits? Do you mix them with Rice cereal (I'm using Nestum Rice with Milk, so i suppose i cant mix veggies in this?)

yest had been to dr to give sid his 3rd round of shots..She said i have to give sid rice cereal 3 times a day 2tbsp.If he eats more thn that its fine and giving veggis n fruits just adds variety to their food n we wud know if they are allergic to any food.She has asked me not to give lentils/dal,milk n milk products,peanut, honey, eggs & citrus fruits.
you can mix veggior fruit in rice cereal, no probl with that..dont add salt.My mom said no salt till 9 months..U ca ask ur ped too abt it.(i forgot to ask)..Try carrots, squash , sweet potatoes firstI too didnot like peas n beans..fruits are ok too..try fruits last..give a gap of 3-4 days before u introduce new foods..ok?
i think sush was referring to the 2oz jars we get here..I will cook the veggis n smash n give him after the long weekend..Evryone says home cooked is better than gerber..But my Dr asked me to concentrate on rice cereal part..

I didn't know we got greber stuff here, but a few questions. Is the doctor okay with you giving him gerber food? I mean, I know that people abroad have no choice, but my ped asked me to boil veggies and mash it and give them. I have started giving him tomato soups and carrot(one day) alone.

I know Kich is younger than Rishi, so hence the Q. Can you let me know where you get them?

And I need to know where I can get some casual wears for Rishi (don't want the Lifestyle ones which costs me a fortune). Let me know where you get your hero's outfits.
