Have a prob here.. I in 9th week.. my breasts feel hard which is normal.. but my nipples feel too hard n dry.. N if i try to touch or nethin they pain. Dont no wht to do
Y is this ??

it' s a hormone effect.. most women experience sore breasts and sensitive nipples.. the skin can also get really dry.. the remedy is olive oil.. u can apply some olive oil after a bath so the skin stays soft and less painful.. the pain factor increases with the dryness.. so always make sure to keep it moisturised.. hope this helps to reduce your discomfort
