I was curious and peeked into the may board just now and am really J to see that all have had 'noraml' deliveries!!

Is it something to do with a season or what?? Most of us Janmoms had C and now most of the maymoms have had 'normals' that too easy ones!!

u seemto have missed kajal[kads] who had a c section after going thru labor for more than12 hrs..of course i agree most of us had normal deliveries while most of u jan moms had c sections..
dunno the reason..in any case u guys have been our[may board]support so prob we just went thru ur mesages and learnt from ur experiences......
as for easy ones i cant say so esp after having gone thru my case.and even the epsiotmy siitches and the weakness from all the pushing wears u down for many days after delivery.but lets say 'alls well that ends well' and am sure all of u also must be gettin back in health and shape now with thehelp of ur lil one's smile and inspiration!!

I had a 'normal' delivery....After 2 1/2 hrs of pushing, Yash had to be vaccum extracted, which is very very harsh on the babies. If I had any idea that I have to push a close to 9lbs baby, I wld have happily opted for c-sec than get extermely exhausted and be in pain after being in labor for 1 whole day.
Until Yash started crying and got some color, we all were super tensed( I think the cord was around his neck ) . Bcoz of epidural, my legs got so numb, I didnt know if I was pushing correctly and so that night my bottom was so sore, I could'nt stop crying, plus the episiotomy. I feel I dont want to go thru all that again !!

Before c-sec, childbirth always had that risk for mom and baby, but now bcoz of that so many lives are saved.

I guess, this is smth like ' grass is always greener...'
So please do'nt feel the way you do. And then next time hope you all get to try the 'normal' one.

May be it was a season as you said. Just the thought of C-Sec makes me upset u know. Rishi was so small and looking at his head which was so round then, everybody said I would have had no problems to deliver him 'normally'.
