Dear Vineeta,
Some swelling is normal but facial swelling is a matter of concern. I want you to go ahead and get your BP measured, make sure it's in the limit. Also want you to call your OB and check if your urine has some turbidity or some protein in it.

If your BP is in limit and that your urine does not have proteins you are perfectly normal.

If BP is high and protein are in Urine then get hospitalized and have close monitored by your Dr.

I however think you are a strong victim of fluid retention. Watch on your diet, cut down carbohydrates, do not do standing jobs, do not let your legs hang in chair, sleep legs elevated in couch or sofa. Drink plenty of water and continue with walking exercise.

Dear Vineeta,
It's normal to feel such pain.
Two reasons, growing baby and growing uterus putting some pressure and that's common from seventh month till delivery.
Second and most likely is you are facing Round ligaments, they are normal and that's mainly due to stretching your uterus and some muscle to make place for your expanding uterus.

Dear Vineeta,
You are pregnant and all these changes are expected due to elevated levels of pregnancy hormone.

There are several thousands of girl pregnant at this moment and I am sure 99% don't feel embarassed about these body changes. You should not feel embarassed about this, this is to accomplish your first step towards parenthood/motherhood.

Your breast can get back in shape in a few weeks, if you choose not to nurse on your breast, in otherwords supply formula all the time.

If you choose to nurse baby by yourself on breast then it will take long time, depends on how long you continue breastfeeding. Give about 8 weeks after discontinuing feeding.

remember, mothers milk is the best food for baby that contains all nutrients and antibodies to protect baby from infections.

Other body parts, if you breastfeed no dieting is recommended, will deprive baby from nutrients. After six months feeding you can stop and continue exercise and all together in about 2-3 months you are likely to gain your body shape.
