Hi...

Mummy's left on Thursday.. Kich is miserable, I am miserable... We are hanging on!! Hubby's releived as i guess its the same for him as i feel with my MIL! :-)

Nanny is a bird brain and Kich fires her when she tries her dorky stuff with him. She's got a yellow house dress and he abso hates it... She's had to ditch it and i've had to buy her some new, pale colored ones...

Kich is 5 month old now (on 23rd) and as Raj had written it's been a ride!! From wailing for no reason to waking up through the night, and teething now! When he was born, i was wondering how i'll manage to be sane with such an unpredictable package!! Now, i'm juggling work, a nanny, all household shopping and then Kich (waking every 3 hours at night, up at 4:30 to play and sleep again at 6 till 8). I must say that i'm really amazed!

I've noticed one more change - Now i dont pray ritualistic. I dont even sit in the pooja room.. I pray with Kich while playing or putting him to sleep... I feel that he's my best gift from God and that i am better off praying with him than at the room... Sanj, on the other hand has become more ritual-centered..

I'vent managed to even print the snaps, let alone venture into a scrap book. So i've dropped the idea -i'm just not good at it.

Also wanted you all to know, how much i appreciate your company, your messages and about how you are the only friends i have now (when i'd stopped going out much after preggo, i just didnt keep up with my other 'local' friends)

I look forward to logging in to the board everyday to talk with you and to hear about Kich's kiddy-gang friends too...

Its scary for me that you are managing all alone. I have told my mom that she is not leaving me till in-laws are here. It will be in the next to next week I think.

Don't worry about pooja and rituals. Even I am the same. I visit my pooja shelf (there is no pooja room in our flat) to keep sindhur and just close my eyes for a minute and say everything should be ok today with Rishi and all. This is my only sloka. What to do, priorities keep changing na. I am sure HE will understand.

Kisses to Kich paapa. Kids will forget soon, so don't worry. Don't feel miserable, just hang in there... am sure you will be fine.

These kids are growing up so fast na...They are so full of life and its fun with them..But yeah, its lot of hard work too and u are managing so many things at once..Hats off to u !! I m so lazy, sirf Sid ko sambhalna hai and kabhi kabhi woh bhi tik se nahi hotha, even though ui have help from his dad and All the machines here.I dont know how u r managing home , work, kich and his dad too..Phew !!
I too havent started the Scrab book,.Sid's dad is more interested in it and give me ideas for it .. Che i m so lazy yaar..
Sid grabd everything and wants to taste everything now.He thinks he is very big boy now and wants to eat the cereal himself.So i give him a sppon these days..IF we say NO, he screams.He doesnot care if i scold him-he laughs at me..He can hold 2 different toys in his hands now..His excema is not getting any better and we take him out in the sun, it goes bad..He has been a good boy so far, i must say ..:-)
