i needed some help with my hair color.i m in US. and my natural hair color was dark brown(almost black).yesterday i went to salon and got my hairs colored light brown permanentely. it came out
very very light brown.i want darker color. Please tell me what i can do naturally instead of going to hair salon because if they try to change it back to my hair color using chemical which will damage my hair. From before my hair was really dry,brittle,thick and coarse. i dont know what to do about that as well. they break easily and also when i touch one strand it feels wiry.Please give me suggestion.I prefer to use natural products.give me home remedy for treatment.If i color my hair with black henna, how long do u think it will last?..since my color is permanent.and my hairs r very long.it will take yrs to grow them naturally upto this long. Coloring at a salon will last for a long time but it will go back to it's original color if allowed to grow out. Eventually your hair will get darker as the hair grows. The untreated or newly grown in hair will darken from the roots on up. I do agree if you try to get the color stripped from your hair and a new dye put in or if you want to dye it darker over it you might end up losing your hair temporaroly. I would suggest you let the colour be for a few days (atleast 30 to 45) as frequent coloring may be fatal for your hair. You should have checked with the stylist how this color would turn out once done. Now that you have coloured, you may keep it for some time. The next time when you colour it, go for a darker shade. But I am sure you must be looking good with this light shade aswel. just that you never tried it, you think its a bit odd. Keep your cool and enjoy your new look.
