I m 2 months Pregnent but still not faced any symptoms of Pregnency . Why is i so ?
Can anyone refer some good exercise at this stage.

hello,
don' t take tension dear,is very gud 4 u if u have no symptom of nausea n other bad signs n u can consult ur docs ,walk daily 4 half an hour,brush twice daily i m saying this becoz i m a dentist,ok be happy

I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second one now... With my first , I was perfectly alright... Like you said no symptoms of pregnancy...

Consider yourself lucky if you do not have any

Exercise - I am a runner and I still run... Do whatever you were doing before... Dont start anything new during these 9 months... If you did not do anything before... stick to walking.. Remember you should be able to talk during exercise and make sure heart rate does not go beyond 140.

If you are already exercising , just continue whatever you were doing
But listen to your body and thats it...

Hi Moumita,

Congratulations on your pregnancy.
Everyone is different and every body reacts differently too pregnancy. I was also worried when my nausea subsided....anxiety is common.
Just keep the faith.Eat healthy & take good care of yourself.

Pls do consult your doctor before taking up any exercise program.
Enjoy your pregnancy....
