Hello everyone who have been worrying over increasing hair fall especially after coming to the US !

There is a very useful remedy which can arrest the hair fall considerably. One of the major reasons for the hairfall here is the water, as it contains lot of chlorine. I suffered a couple of years in the begining of my stay here when my hair almost reduced to half! Then luckily I came accross somebody who gave this useful information that you get 'shower filter' that you can attach to the mouth of your shower head, which is specially meant to \";cut chlorine out of water\"; ! It is commonly available in many stores (like bed & bath etc) Once I started using that, I could see a big considerable difference in the hair fall. This shower filter will have refills, which you may have to replace every 3 to 6 months. But it is worth it! Thought I'll share this tip with you all. Hope it is useful for you too ! when you buy the whole thing the first time - it comes along with 1 filter cartridge - whole cost is around 40-50 dollars. And then you have to cahnge the cartridge (the refill) every 3 to 6 months depending on your usage of the shower and the amount of chlorine that exists in the water, where you reside. The refills are expensive and would cost you anywhere between 30 to 40 dollars. But it is still worth it, having to buy them just sometime every 3-6 months, considering the fact that you are protecting your hair from going bald! The one that I use is called \";New Wave\"; - Enviro product. Bought from a private store so don't know if it would be available every where.
