At last ...its 14th week...Start of our 2nd trimester :)
Which is far better and best of 3 trimesters :) How is everybody ? I still feel bad for an hour or so in the late evening ....hope that will vanish soon . I have started some excersice ...like walking in the morning for 15 mins in the begining ..i will increase it slowly ..and also started some breathing excersice as told by my Mom:). Also I am hungry all the time for past one week Is anybody else feeling the same ? I sometimes get tired of thinking of what to eat next ...I don' t like eating the same thing again :( and then have to cook whatever ..one of the greatest disadvantages staying in US . I miss the variety of food we get in India ...I have also gained a few pounds ...Tummy is also showing now.

Well i m in my 17th week now a days n even i eat lot.After every 2 hours i need something 2 eat.Just take care n ya surely start taking walk but go for max for 30 mins till u complete 4 mnth then u can increase it again.God Bless u bye tc Prashu replied. Hi Smita,

I entered my 14th week yesterday and I’m very hungry all the time too and I def. have to plan what to eat too as I still don' t real crave for anything but had to eat something as I' m feeling every hungry. I started showing a while ago as this is my second. I feel minor movements once in a while. And I' m so glad we are in our second trimester.
