Hi all ,
Can any 1 pls help me i? I live in Uk & there's hard water & i've been having hair fall I think it might be because of the water can any 1 pls tell me a remedy & also tell me how to massage my scalp.

first let me know which oil and shampoo u r using now
any long cut before?
use almond oil or rosemary oil
use mild shampoo
take protein content food
if its possible take tender coconut daily
try to make hot oil massage per week
just start from top, finger tips u have to use with gentle press make a round in ur scalp by the finger increse the rouned size upto the whole head or purchase one magnetic massager

Glad to see a Indian girl, here in this UK forum,i am from UK as well. anyways dont worry, if u feel thr's lot hair fall it can be stop n cure, thr's lots of ways, like sleeping,hair bath, massage, n other things, i use to suggest ppl a lot wn i use to work as hairstyler for women in india. wt ever u hv problem just write to me to imzzy_s[at]yahoo[dot]com

And if we keep on thinking on it, samething will keep increasing. first of all don't think on it more. Let it do happen.
First we shouldn't be in tense. We must cool and happy. This makes us healthy.

Our natural hair fall is 80-100 hairs per day. And evryday new hairs are growing. So please don't be in tense.
nothing will happen. and one moe thing, you are female, so nothing will happen with hair. they will be last long.

For better and healthy hairs, you can use curd with black paper powder. use 2 times week. after 1 month, start using once. your hair will be black and healthy. also less hair fall. but keep in mind, there is somewhat hairfall.otherwise, how can new hairs grow.
