Hey girlies,

How r u all guys doing? Feels great to see the board come alive with wud be mommmies from all over the world share their feelings...:)
Let me apologize for being a little irregular on the board of late...Just that coming to terms with my ever changing physical dimensions keeps me be busy..(LOL). i am sure all of u have felt this...The clothes which I bought for my Bday a month ago..seem to b getting a little tight now...:)

hey vidya...Its really nice to see ur msgs ...rather a welcome note ...to people who are new to the board..Cheers to u..Way to go!!!
And Where's AB, Debi, and the rest....?

Healthwise i am doing fine..although my consistent urge to urinate irritates me ....i live at bangalore..and i am quite confident that I have visited the rest room in most of the places i have been to shop/visit of late...LOL...
As far as exercises go...Have been more or less regular with yoga...makes me feel good...
Girls..try and get some hand at yoga if possible...Atleast it gives me a decent sleep at night..and i feel i am able to carry my weight (Tummy rather)better...
Keep those lovely msgs posted in...
I promise to b not so lazy from now on..

Hi

Nice to read that long mail. I am also from Bangalore basically though right now am in Switzerland. Where do you stay in Bangalore? Good to hear that u r keeping well. I have heard yoga is good. But do not have much idea abt that. Can you elaborate on that a bit, I mean what exactly we have to do etc...else can u suggest some good sites where I can read. As per Vidya's advise I have started walking daily now. It helps me to get a good sleep at night, though I too have to rush to toilet in between.

How ru doing? Nice to know that u hail from blore as well...ya coming to ur queestion abt yoga...During pregnancy one is advised to do only selected Yoga asanas/postures...most of them happen to be in a sitting posture..without straining the abdominal muscles or the back for that matter...further..my yoga master emphasises on breathing techniques...called pranayamas...and meditation...so its a little of everything...however, one is advised not to do asanas without guidence from someone who has mastered the skill..since it cud give rise to complications...so..i wud suggest that, unless u can find someone who practises regularly, do not indulge in it...However u can always practise meditation and light breathing techniques....like concentrating on one's breath etc...it definetly helps u feel better...
