I had fair skin when born Going to india when i was 6 or 7 made me really dark my mom didnt put sunblock on me and i played outside alot, ever since then my skin is dark it got a little light but not fair like i was born how can i become fair again i am now 14 and have bad reaction to un exposure and gottten dark help me get fair again.

hi sonia dear!am sorry to hear about ur sunburn skin.but now its ur natural complextion.but it can improve.and may b ur complextion 'll change after 1 or 2 years.if u take gr8 care of ur self.
always use sunscreen lotion.buy gud face washes for whitening.
use cleansing milk daily before going to bed.u can't use cleansing before going to college or ur school.
drink palenty of water.8-10 glass water daily.. take vitamins in ur diet.these r beauty foods.
Vitamin A helps repair body tissue, prevents skin dryness and postpones ageing. Make sure you get lots of Vitamin A by supplementing your diet with milk, cheese, eggs, butter, spinach, broccoli, carrot and fish oils.

Vitamin A is fat soluble. This kind of fat gets stored in the liver, so make sure you do not have it in excess.

ii. Vitamin B improves circulation and skin colour. It is found in yoghurt, brown bread, wheatgerm, yeast, cereal and green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin B is water soluble, which means it can be taken daily.

iii. Vitamin C helps maintain levels of collagen, a protein constituent of skin that is essential for healing the skin as well as keeping it smooth, firm and healthy-looking.

Eat lots of citrus fruits, strawberries, blackcurrants, potatoes, cabbage, broccoli and sprouts.

Vitamin C is also water soluble and can be taken on a daily basis.
and use this home made tips for fairer skin.
Tips 1:

Soak 4 almonds overnight. Make a very fine paste with them, using milk to grind them.

Apply this paste on the neck and face before going to bed. Wash with cold water in the morning. Repeat daily for 15 days, followed by twice a week.

Tips 2:

Take 1 tbsp of gram flour and 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice. Mix well and apply. Wash after 15 minutes. Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a week.

Tips 3:

Grind a cup of mint leaves to a fine paste. Apply and leave for 20 minutes. Wash. Continue for 15 days.
also use fair & lovly cream as ur 14 years i 'll not suggest any other cream coz u r small.
but u can use other creams after 2 years.
now give me sweet smile.
