I am 27 yr old working woman from New Delhi and I have short hair hence, I use Garneir Hair color once / twice in a month, beside that I use Vinegar twice a week and bajaj almond hair oil . I also use Himalaya anti dandruff shampoo almost daily to wash off the oil and vinegar from my hair.

My query is there is any harm in using so much of chemicals for scalp or hair. Even though I use herbal shampoo but my concern is about the hair color, Vinegar and Oil. Tas replied. Dear Namita,
As far as i know chemicals strap away the natural hair coat called the keratin and damages the hair. I too colord my hair and destroyed my lovely soft hair. Now a days nothing is herbal everything is full of chemicals. As u asked for recommendation im suggesting u not to use hair dye it is very unhealthy, it only gives artificial color. Why not use henna which is very healthy it improves your hair texture and acts itself as an conditioner.
