Name: sush I feel that a no. of mommies have been making the baccha party view TV..PLEEEZ no TV for any kids esp under 6 months..I have put a tablecloth over the TV so that I can continue to watch the news & the serials if Tia is in the room..else no TV totally..as I mentioned to you all previously that TV watching esp for under 6months even for a shorttime makes them at a high risk for ADD(Attn. Deficit Disorder)..& even after they are 6months up pleez monitor their TV viewing in terms of both content & time.

You've vindicated my battle at home...
You know after i went form my maternity leave, Sanj took off the cable connection and we've not got it back.

Sanj's mom and his friends are all saying we are being finicky but i'm so paranoid about the nanny putting Kich in front of TV when she watches her fav soaps! This lady was damn upset when she came, that we didnt have cable connection.

Sanj is thankfully very strict on this and hence we've decided - no TV till Kich starts KG.

Why we took the decision is 'coz my 'bro's elder son wouldnt speak till he was 2 and the speech therpist blasted my bro and SIl for putting him in front of TV. She also said he has autism tendency...

You still havent told me about the signs i should look out for for ADD.. And also about Tia's sleep sch training!

Thanks for the advicce 'bout TV again..
