hi everyone
i had very long hair and i cut it like last year august like 2 to 3 inches, and since then its not growing, its still the same length, i miss my old long hair a lot, i use to worry so much wen i see the old pics with my long hair, can anyone plzz give me some suggestions on how can i make my hair grow longer..like any home remedies,
i will really appreciate it

do u have a problem with ur hair only or is it with the skin also
check ur diet u may be having some defeciency of vitamins go to a doc have a balanced diet ,everything will be ok

drink one tender coconut daily

add in ur food more curd

its a simple and dynamic tips for hairfall and growth

dont cut ur hair
