Dear Archie,
It was just a casual question abt bananas that's all. I know people say a lot of things when one is pregnant but i only go by what my doc says. Even I was surprised so just put it across this board just to get some comments. I am continuing to enjoy bananas. Thanks for ur input. I only mentioned that some ppl say it produces heat. I never meant that it is my opinion. I still say the doc is the best judge and anything in moderation is fine. Thanks for ur comments.

I am glad that you will listen to your Dr.
Just remember pregnancy is a phase and not a disease that needs to be too careful and treatment. Anything in moderation is alright.
