It is very true that the help of a feng shui expert should be taken. This is because as a common person we make lot of mistakes. Only reading feng shui books in not enough. I had placed many feng shui items in my house but in an incorrect way. I realised this after reading this article. I just placed it according to my will. I have realised this fact that it is not correct and can result in bad and incorrect feng shui. Therefore, I am very scared about it. Can somebody suggest me what to do about it. I am expecting that some body on this board will answer my question.

You will find a feng shui expert here it self. It is better to follow feng shui principles to undertake feng shui of your house. And only feng shui experts are aware about the proper feng shui rules. I have done feng shui of my house with the help of a feng shui expert so I have observed good results. So do not take risk and revise the feng shui of your house as early as possible.
