Hi friends,

Thot we could share some of the activities that our babies are currently doing...hope you will add to this..
Rishu is now 5.5 months old..he turns from his tummy to back very swiftly..its like as soon as you put him on his tummy he knows that he has to turn..I say 'good job' with a thumps up when he turns and now everytime he turns he looks at me waiting for me to do the same :)
Badmaash bahut hain woh..humko bahut buddhu banata hain..when he wants to be held he screams so hard that I feel I will get a headache and he has capacity to cry man! I dont pick him up instantly and let him cry but he goes on and on and on...once he at my shoulder he will pretend to go to sleep as he falls back almost listlessly and one would think he is sleeping but kahan sona ki chidiya ka naam hain...
He laughs a lot and sings a lot too...bcoz of his sleep sch and the fact that he sings alot we have concluded that he will either be a chawkidar (as all of us inc didi's family have given up trying to make him sleep and we end up sleeping ourselves while he is wide awake) or a gawaiya (singer)!!!
His laugh and smiles take away my heart and I give in to all his pranks. he hates lying on his back now and cant take more than 15-20 mins at a time. Wants to sit up and stand (climb Mt Mummy) if given a chance. Can sit with support. Looks cute as his head keeps toppling to each side.
His sleep sch makes me real worried. He sleeps at 12 at nite and wakes up twice before he finally gets up between 6-6.30 am. Then after 2 hrs he sleeps for exactlt 1.15 mins..its like he has a timer attached inside his brain. Everytime my hubby comes close to me he STIRS as if the sensor in his body has been activated!!!
I can already not manage him as he always wants to play. Get tired. His feeding is still a big problem and each session is for 40 mins to make him drink 6 mins of milk. Very frustrating man.
He can watch TV from any damn angle. In fact he loves being on his tummy and watch TV when I do his maalish. The moment I turn him he wails. Kya lung capacity hain baap re baap. As a result I hardly watch TV these days..
He will take my nipple in his mouth and then with his mouth open he tries to talk as if it is this irressitible urge that he cant control. When I sing to him when feeding he does the same...Puneet teases me and says that Rishu thinks its rude not to sing back to Ma and so he does all that naatak!!
He loves being outside and gapes at the whole world around me. I feel awkward changing in front of him as he gapes so much..Well its not at just me I guess...

I think written about Rishu, its like reading about Rishi, so I don't want to repeat all that you wrote. Except that Rishi doesn't sit with support from back. He falls forward:). He wants me to hold his hands and then he will sit and stand in a jiffy. one thig that is worrying me is the bend in his back bone whenever he sits, so i never encourage him to do that.

He also screams when we disturb him from watching TV. Another fav pastime to watch his father and smile at hime no matter Shyam pays attention to him or no. I will have to talk a lot and do crazy things for him to smile/laugh but he will smile at even Shyam's photograph. Papa is very proud and teases me that our son is papa's pet already. But for a nappy/diaper change or if Rishi crys, he will just say \";Vani, u r wanted\"; and vanish away. Husbands are like that I think!!!

He is refusing to latch on me during the day and wants bottle only. And that too only when he is too hungry. Otherwise he will just play with the nipple. Only at nights when he gets up in sleep he will latch and drink. Mini shaitan!!!

This weekend I will take more photos and upload them. I loved Rishi's snaps very much. Especially his eyes and hair. Very cute.
